Away from the town centre in a suburb in the south are is the Caramel Bar and it's outside seating area. It is hard to believe it is November and the outside area is still being used. There may not be anyone there this mid-morning, but every evening is full of families who gather together to socialise after work. This area is near the Capri Hotel and Sara Supermarket.
I find it unusual that the seats are on a raised platform. I'd imagine people could easily trip on it! ;)
