Mushrooms like unpolluted environments and Yambol's Town Park is just that. This is the reason these fine specimen bracket mushroom are in such good condition in mid winter. Mushroom hunting was a big hobby of mine in the UK, I just don't get much time to do it here but when I do there is a massive variety of fungus with many being edible. The nature in Yambol is in good form for a city.
Martin I enjoy mushrooms but apart from a few I have trouble identifying the edible ones. There are hundreds here, particularly apparent after heavy rain, they spring up everywhere.
