Mysterious Cloud formation Seen in Yambol City Park

Mysterious, Cloud formation, cloud, Yambol City Park, Yambol, Rainbow,

It was quite a sight seeing this mysterious cloud formation in Yambol City Park. Round with a dark centre and light surround with the sun directly behind give a celestial effect,. Plus there is a rainbow at the top of the formation. Never seen anything like it before.
