Such is the love of cats here in Yambol we see evidence of more catering for the cat community in Yambol. Water prepared and tray for the food later in the day. I do wonder if the cats are going to be too full to hunt mice.
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

Whilst getting my car serviced I spotted this old decorated cart in the service Garage Reception area. Mingling with pot plants it looked the part and on par with looking at half-naked ladies on the outdated calenders on the walls. (Typical in Yambol garages by the way).

Seen on the outskirts of Yambol is an old abandoned cart which hasn't seen a donkey in decades. It now holds scrap. Shame the cart isn't protected undercover and used as an ornamental antique. These carts a becoming much rarer now.

New Statue Finally Revealed in Yambol's City Garden
A new statue had been placed and covered in Yambol City Gardens and on the 15th March 2019 was finally unveiled. I missed the ceremony, unfortunately, but the statue now is a permanent feature in the City Centre.
