Even with temperatures down to -8 C this winter outside on a balcony in Yambol, this parsley survived and should give some fresh crops when spring arrives.
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

No Shortage of Parsley in Yambol
Passing a garden I spotted some parsley growing in a greenhouse. I have never seen such a healthy bunch of herbs.

Parsley Ready for Picking even in Mid-November in Yambol
Fresh herbs will shortly come to an in after one night of frost. However, that moment hasn't arrived in Yambol yet hence ready to pick parsley still in abundance.
