Pigeon Guest on a Yambol Balcony

Pigeons are a pest in Yambol, theie flocks usually mess up window sills and balcony spaces, but this solitary pigeon made a rare visit as a guest today. Not part of a flock as this breed just has one partner for life.

 

Sinbad Fast Food Seen From Yambol's Kabile Hotel Restaurant Balcony

Having been luck enough to attend a party at the Kabile Hotel I got the view form the restaurant balcony on the 3rd floor. This is of course the smoking area as smoking is not allowed in the restaurant. (Well at least until 22:00!) You can see Sinbad Fast Food Chain down below still trading at this late hour.

A Little Corner Of Greenery In Yambol

Never mind the bin in the distance, I bet you didn't notice it beacuse of the major attraction of the floral and greenery that prevails. What a lovely contrast to set against the plain grey and beige themed streets and wall.

A Grand Old Yambol House In Disrepair

Yambol is swamped with fine house that need repairing. This is a classic example of a grander than normal house that is falling apart at the seams. The balcony at the front has fallen away from the door on the first floor completely. Strangers to the house would fall into the street if they opened the doors and walked out!  

Yambol's Theatre - New View, New Finds

This picture of the Yambol theatre shows that is has a balcony on the first floor and Christmas decorations that are still up in mid-summer. Prior to taking the picture form this angle I never knew there was a balcony. It must have been used for VIPs at some point I guess.

Yambol's Flowered Balconies

A town house was seen today with a typical show of the owners' love of flowers. This is a find example of what surrounds many homes although usually not so prominant and more often with an edible theme. It is now the middle of October and still lots of flowers and greenry to see here on each an every lovely sunny day.
