There are plenty of simple Yambol gardens in Yambol and they look pretty bare in the winter. Most is not all have their outdoor water supply and sink somewhere in the garden grounds. In a few weeks time this garden will be transformed into a Garden of Eden with practical crops that will feed the owner now and next winter. I just love looking at these gardens that provide a feast, although having a well deserved rest right now.
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

Yes, gardens can be bare or beautiful, but most important is that they can provide food and healthy food for the families. Thanks for bringing this photo to us.
