Another year and another festival organised by The Rider MC in Yambol. The poster adverting this is one of the most ranchy I've seen to date.
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

2019 Marks 20 Years of Kukeri in Yambol
Yambol celebrates the 20th Year of the Kukeri Festival this year. We are the centre of this pagan celebration going back before the spread of Christianity. It has survived Roman times, the Ottoman Rule and Communism times and has a renaissance enjoyed by all in Yambol each year now.
