A very distinctive building you cannot fail to notice when passing is the Yambol Bread Factory. Whenever I pass there is not much going on here and no smell of fresh bread. With this I'm not sure where they are still on production, however breadmaking takes place usually overnight and in the early hours. So it may be the calm after the early storms of bread production that I miss each time.
