Empty Beer Cans Strung Up in Yambol

Not quite sure whether this is the house of an alcoholic. Countless empty beer cans were seen passing by strung up for some reason, Mystery!

Seen in a Yambol townhouse garden today was some empty beer cans hung up and swinging in the wind. There were seemingly put there to scare off the birds as it was under a grapevine. By goolly they do make a din when the wind gets up, and I didn't see ay birds
