The buntings are out of the Day of Bulgarian Education and Culture in Yambol. As well as celebrating the Bulgarian alphabet the day is very special in Bulgaria.
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

A Peach of a Day in Yambol
It had been a lovely day walking the streets fo Yambol in warm summer weather. On the way home for the evening meal, I passed a tree with tempting peaches dangling over the wall. It had been a peach of a day as I took one to taste

An Orange Flower To Brighten Up the Day in Yambol
With all this indoors rule because of the coronavirus lockdown in Yambol is a pleasure to go out and empty the bins and meet a bright orange flower that had sprung up. It is the highlight of the day!
NOTE: Because of restrictions of venturing out of my apartment, taking pictures of Yambol and the surround has become almost impossible. I will try and continue to post daily, but pictures stocks may well just be confined to what I see on the daily trip to the dustbin and back!
