The sun was out, but still a cold wind that blew and the scratchcard seller was out for business. This is a comon sight in Yambol's City centre where many passers by try their luck. The Bulgarians seem to like a little flutter on scratchcards judging by the amount of passers by who stop there. Notice the clear plastic wrapping round the legs to keep warm - Cheap and practical, again very much in the Bulgarian mould.
