Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

A Yambol Bus Shelter With Low Seats
Bus shelters in Yambol are varied and interesting which is why there are quite a lot that have been featured on this blog. this one is no exception. I like the yellow tinted glass blocks and the open plan design, however there is a design fault with the seating. Surely it should have been slightly higher or is it seating in the first place?

A Children's Seating Contraption - Yambol Style
You may not know what this is if you didn't read the title. It is a children's seating contraption but the wooden slats that fit on the parallel metal bars are missing. I don't know if these are unique to Bulgaria, but the kids have fin on them anyhow.

The Seating Of Yambol's Tundzha Stadium
The Tundzha Stadium has seating all around it and looking closely at the state of the seats they need maintaining. This is what they look like before the weed growing season. I assume they use weed-killer or cheap gypsy labour to clear this up in spring and summer.
