On a hot summer day, this is the place to be in Yam bol centre. Shaded by the linden trees giving a rest bite from the glaring sun.
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

Yambol Walkway Dark With Tree Shade
I just love going into the linden tree lined walkway in the centre of Yambol. It is like going into a dark tunnel of nature with the canopy of leaves that block out all the light. a favourite walk for many people in Yambol as well with the attraction of fashioj shops lined up on each side.

A Yambol Cat In The Shade
I am not a fan of cats, whether they are from Yambol or not, but cats are fans of cars here, especially during hot weather. It is common to see cats under cars where the shade is a bit of a relief, they often fall asleep there. The soon wake up and move when the car is started up though.
