Over the last two weeks snow has been around and so has this buggy which I see sometimes but hear often. It is a teenager who just goes out on it for the fun of it. Skidding has now been perfected and now a fine art on the snow and ice clad roads of Yambol. I just happened to pass his house where the buggy was parked outside so I now know where he lives. An ideal form of transport in the snowy conditions we have at the moment.
