Today I was passing the Kabile Hotel, only built last year. It is a prominent feature in this part of Yambol town centre. It has been said that it is mafia owned, that's all I will say on the matter from fear!I went to the Hotel restaurant once last year, can't afford to very often, the food was very good but the service was at a snail's pace which spoilt it somewhat. pity. But then the Bulgarian restaurant have a lot to learn about foreigners expectations when it comes to service.
