Strange but on a warm sunny day with temperatures close to 30 C you would think that Yambol City Park would be swarming with folk walking with their prams, dogs or own their bikes. Today there wasn't' a soul about as I wander through the empty paths. Mad dogs and Englishmen perhaps?
