The vibrant red colour of these tulips is dazzling in Yambol. Thousands more are opening up this week showing a sure sign of warmer weather upon us.
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

Each year there is a magnificent display of daffodils blooming in Yambol. This year is no different where they are cut and put in the homes. All for free!

Autumn Flowers Blooming in Yambol
It may be Autumn, a time where nature slows down and looks towards winter retreat, but here in Yambol it is still tine for blooms. Flowers seen blooming in their prime in Autumn is a late treat as I pass by with other plants looking tired.

Bedding Plants Blooming in Yambol City Centre
The bedding plants laid out earlier in the year now are in full bloom in the spring sunshine in Yambol City Centre. Always a pleasure to walk past especially this time of year.
