These floating lilies have just started flowering in Yambol Park. In a week or so they will be in full bloom.
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

Lilies Flowering In Yambol's City Park Pond
Always a treat to see flowers blossoming no matter what variety. These Lilies are more special than most and of course untouchable being in the middle of the pond in Yambol's City Park so they remain unpicked by the admiring passing public.
