Yambol is swamped with fine house that need repairing. This is a classic example of a grander than normal house that is falling apart at the seams. The balcony at the front has fallen away from the door on the first floor completely. Strangers to the house would fall into the street if they opened the doors and walked out!
Well not only do they need major repairs but they are also a huge insurance liability. They need to be fixed quickly.
