Looking at this Doctor's Surgery in Yambol I found it quite disturbing almost surreal to see various posters reminding us of the passing away of persons. This to me is not a good advert for a Doctor's business. I guess Bulgarian think differently to me when associating health with death.

Don't worry, he's an ortopedist and a traumatologist... not much can go wrong :D:D The people that have passed away are his relatives - its not patients :)
