This Yambol street light is normally upright or with a slight slant with the earthquake that frequent and move them on many occasions. This particular one was dented not by natural causes but another source although I'm not too sure what hit is to cause it. Perhaps a lorry, a low flying aeroplane, a muscle bound bee or bird? Whatever caused it the metal decay will commence and it will eventually fall, no doubt before any maintenance arrives!

Look at the lucent red car, under the dented street light. And the tree from other side of the car - it is sloping over the car. If the owner of car sees this photo, immediately will move it.
