This Yambol street light is normally upright or with a slight slant with the earthquake that frequent and move them on many occasions. This particular one was dented not by natural causes but another source although I'm not too sure what hit is to cause it. Perhaps a lorry, a low flying aeroplane, a muscle bound bee or bird? Whatever caused it the metal decay will commence and it will eventually fall, no doubt before any maintenance arrives!
Yambol is not the prettiest City in Bulgaria, but it does have a unique character which is now in the process of being captured by camera. What you see now in Yambol will be short lived in a world of change, especially with the EU strangling the heart and soul of Bulgaria's culture with directives and uniform regulations.

Subsidence In Yambol City Centre
This picture shows of subsidence in Yambol City Centre and is probably cause by exisiting underground work done on the subway that routes its way under the main road. People are still casually walking the path even though it look like further subsidence could easily take place. No warning signs up at all of this earthmoving incident. A children play area is just beyond this and could be affected later on. Another though was whether this was a mild earthquake that caused it?
