Laying dormant for over two years the former Dublin Bar is in the process of being renovated. However, will it be the Dublin Bar anymore or take on another name? A short wait will tell.

The popular Dublin Bar in Yambol was dismantled some time ago and now has been lying stagnant every since. The temporary covers tarpaulin that went up does make me wander whether the Irish put it up seeing as it is upside down!

Yambol's Dublin Bar is a magnet for many British visitors to Yambol. It is a landmark often referred to as an obviously meeting place being so central to the City. It is however being demolished for some reason. Whether modernisation or change of name will reveal itself in due course.

and a stone's throw from the impressive Town Park, this is the place to grab a snack before you march on. (And much cheaper place than the Dublin Bar as well)

The Dublin Bar - Yambol

This is the popular Dublin Bar in Yambol, frequented by many English here, in fact the central meeting point of British expatriates once a month. The reason? The food is mainly deep fried, the staff all speak English and the theme is Irish which is close enough to be a home from for most Brits. A 'Little Britain' right in the heart of Yambol. I personally avoid the place like the plague, for the simple reason I'm in Bulgaria!
