Lettuce in Yambol After Minus 10C Temperatures at Night

 With temperatures down to minus 10C at night, these lettuces are thriving under the plastic cover of a greenhouse in Yambol. Salads all year round is possible with this.

Spring bring with it much colour and nowhere more than the Yambol Bazaar with all the local produce that has been grown under cover now for sale. Many buyers grow their own but are not ready for picking right now, me included which is why I was there. Lettuce and radish salad tonight!
