Tis colourful Autumnal tree just lights up a bland background in Yambol (Ямбол) in complete contrast. Natures way of showing beauty and embarrassing man made concrete structures.

Yambol's Colourful Lucky Land Store -

This was taken inside Yambol's Lucky Land Store where, I have to admit, I don;t think I've been in a more colourful and bright shop. The items are cheap and you pay per Kilogram so naturally you see folk weighing up things before committing to buy as we did with a couple of plastic potted foliage to brighten up our home.

A Colourful Steam Roller In Yambol

A new road is being laid locally, but that won't last long with the extremes of weather in Bulgaria. What was more interesting was the steam roller that was being used and the colour combination of yellow and light blue on the vehicle. I almost gives a children TV character impression.

Colourful Bricks From A Yambol Town House

You can't fail to notice the great array fo coloured brick on this Yambol town house. I'm not too sure whether it is enhanced with green from the damp spell we have recently had or whether it remains this colour throughout the year. In any case it is capture forever in this shot.

The Colourful Yambol Bazaar

Spring bring with it much colour and nowhere more than the Yambol Bazaar with all the local produce that has been grown under cover now for sale. Many buyers grow their own but are not ready for picking right now, me included which is why I was there. Lettuce and radish salad tonight!

New Colourful Shops

New colourful shops are making more of a presence in new Yambol. This one is a sportswear/fashion shop. It is so new that the wood used for the concrete supports are still lying on the ground outside the fence. Just a couple of years ago the colour schemes in new building would have been just grey or white!
