New Walkway Path Complete in Yambol Centre

 After what seemed like years the walkway has now been completed and free of JCBs, dust and commotion. What a pleasure to walk up this path now under the lindon trees.

Brand New Benches Installed in Yambol City Park

 It was noticed today that there have been multiple new benches installed in Yambol City Park. Much better than the previous versions and should last many years to come.

Another New Betting Shop Opens in Yambol

 these seedy places bring the place down and it is more than noticeable that more betting shops are opening in Yambol. Sign of the times where people gamble because they are desperate for money is a bad thing.

New Grapevines Growing on a Yambol Doorstep

 I'm not surprised to see new grapevines being grown in Yambol. They are expensive to buy in the market and easy to do it yourself. These have works looking at the new buds sprouting.

Another New Park Gym in Yambol

Over the last few years, there have been outdoor gyms popping up all over the place in Yambol. This is another one in the park near the main hospital in Yambol. I hardly see anyone using it though.

 

Brand New Tarmac Path South of Yambol's City Park

Just south of Yambol City Park is a brand new footpath leading toward the town centre parallel with the River Tundzha. A very pleasant change from walking through puddle-filled potholes prior to this.

View From the End of a New Jetty in Yambol

 It was very slippery underfoot as I made my way to the end of a new jetty on the River Tundzha. The view from the end saw the statue looking down on us. In the summer I can see swimmers using this as a diving point.

 With the massive job of cleaning and renovating the banks of the River Tundzha in Yambol there is an addition of a jetty which enhances the river bank substantially. Eventually, I can see anglers using it once the fish return.

New Building Construction Yambol

A maze of metal supporting poles is part of the process of constructing a new building in Yambol. This is a common sight where new property and offices are being built.

The Old and the New in Yambol

The new CBC building builts some 7 years ago which now is a dinosaur stands behind the established apartment block which has never been redundant.

Globe On Top of Yambol's New Post Office

A globe stands on top of the Post Office in an area called New Post Office. It is really called Diana the area, but people refer to it as the former when the Post Office opened quite a few years ago now. Not manmy people get to see the globe as you can only view it from afar

New Digital Electric Meters in a Yambol Apartment Block

Replacing the old analogue electric meter are now some new digital system with a green light to illuminate. Lost a bit of character but easily read now.

New Statue to be Unveiled in Yambol City Gardens

Tomorrow is the 15th March 2019 and the statue that stands in Yambol City Gardens is going to be unveiled. Up until then it remains a secret covered with black sheets and cling film.

New Silver Birch Tree Replaces Old Pen in Yambol

Lovely to see a new Silver Birch tree being planted replacing the tree that was recently cut during renovation of the city centre in Yambol. In a few year it will be as big as the Silver Birch tree seen a few yards away.

New Drinking Fountains Up and Running in Yambol City Park

Just before spring arrives we have new water fountains up and running in Yambol City Park. This place is used frequently by thirsty folk in warmer weathers. As yo can see the water pressure is very strong judging by where the water has landed. 

Superb New Playground for Kids in Yambol

One of the best kid's playground I've seen in Bulgaria situated just above the bazaar and Kabile Hotel. Brand new and in full working order, but no kids today with no sun  and a cold wind. Summer should see it being busy with happy children. 

New Children's Playground in the Yambol City Centre Gardens

A spanking new children's playground now stands in Yambol City Centre Gardens. I ideal spot to let you child run riot and let off steam. I can see this being very crowded in the summer.

New Changing Rooms For Young Footballers in Yambol City Park

Every year I see young footballers playing and training in this area without any facilities to change their kit and shower. Well now there is a new changing room installed with showers and toilets which was much needed. 

New Renovated Park Finally Opens in Yambol City Centre

After around 18 months of chaos, Yambol City Centre park is finally open and what a relief. What with all the noise and inconvenience with fenced off areas it is a treat worth waiting for. Summertime will see this park full of visitors filling the new benches that line each path.

The New Bridge Crossing The River Tundzha in Yambol

Use by thousands of folk each day to enter and exit Yambol City Park, the ne bridge is a fine feature of the City. Spanning the River Tundzha who has a beauty all of its own compliments the scenery perfectly, especially on a sunny day.
