Blues for a Car Driver in Yambol's Blue Zone

Blues, Car Driver, Yambol, Blue Zone, Fine, Parking, clamped

I will be the blues for a car driver in Yambol when he or she picks up their car later. It has been clamped due to parking in the Blue Zone without paying the fee. They face a hefty fine and a wait to be unclamped.

The Widely Hated Blue Parking Zone in Yambol

Until recently parking your vehicle in Yambol was free in most places. There trend spread from other town and cities is now to introduce a blue zone where yo have to pay a fee for parking or get fined a hefty amount to get your vehicle unclamped or recovered after it has been towed away. Big hate factor her in Yambol, especially as there is ample room for parking in the city and a money making exercise by the municipality! I have to agree having been fined for being clamped.

In And Out Sign For Yambol's Underground Parking

The underground parking here for the Yambol Business Centre quite clearly marks the in and out signs. I think I have mentioned before most find other places to park as the fee is 1 lev. Why pay to walk a couple of metres? I have never seent his car park anywhere near full although I know it will be used more in years to come with the increase of traffic in Yambol each month.

A New Tree Planted In Yambol

Last year in the same spot a tree was planted in a crack in the pavement in Yambol. It didn't survive as cars parked on the pavement knocked it over. This year there has been another new tree planted but with a permanent cemented brick surround creating an obstacle for pavement car parkers this year. It remains to see whether this one survive the murdering cars.

Bad Parking Habits In Yambol - Even Wheelbarrows

Bad Parking Habits In Yambol - Even WheelbarrowsBulgarians are well known for their bad parking habits. Not just Yambol, but everywhere you go in Bulgaria you see cars parked on pavements without a thought for pedestrains. Today the same manner was shown for a badly parked wheelbarrow. I had to laugh as I saw it lying there in the street. Some things never change.
